I like rockford but not that cheap crap that they sell in best buy. I like there pro line, good price and sound clean and pound very hard and deep. I have HX2s the new model is the T1 or T2 depends how much $$$ you want to put out.

t1, t2, is not good for the $. There can be beter, and louder subs to be had for the less. What are you looking for, and what kind of car, truck etc...Do you want sq or spl? How big of a box can you build? Are you set on two 12's?

Its an '05 Mustang coupe. I am wanting the box (single box) to either fit under the package shelf, or fit nicely into the sides of the trunk (dual boxes). I go more for sound quality. I have a single rockford fosgate 10" HXE2 DVC right now but its about 2-3 years old and I ripped the surround after firing it up after being on a closet shelf for a year. I was deployed to Iraq. I mounted my amp to the backside of the rear seat and I am using a line level converter to convert the signal from the rear speakers to RCA. Would just using the speaker level inputs be better? Another problem I am noticing is that the factory Shaker 500 cuts the bass out at higher volume so the bass drops as the volume increases, is there a way around this without replacing the Shaker 500 system? One of these dyas I will replace everything but thats going to cost way to much for now, the wife is keeping me on a short leash because we are moving soon (less than 30 days).
