how can you guys suggest speakers to that guy when you dont even know what he wants them to do what type of enclosure what kind of power and what kind of price or what type of music he listens too. all the suggests so far are useless unless you know this stuff. and how can a dealer suggest stuff that you dont even know is right for him.

it depends on how much u wanna spend!! i you wanna spend 200 bucks or 500 bucks, if ur lookin for expensive but great quality id go JL w7 or w6v2!! Or if that isn't enough bass go for the kicker solo x's! my friend has a 12' X's in his bmw, all i can say is wooow! **** pounds, 160db

Your friend has been telling stories if you believe his one Kicker 12" x will hit 160, he would be teeling you stories if he had 3 of them...

a 160? i dont think so thats like a world record my buddy ran a one 10" solox for spl and only hit a 151.8 on the tl

Ya there is no way 160 on one. Anyways, the SI 12 goes for $430 a pc shipped. Or if you order 2 they are $420 a pc. Power handling is 800 RMS to 2000 RMS has been put on them. they are a SQ type sub. But get very loud. With 1 12, 143 db on a TL mic.

ya my post should of been made. i can throw out 500 differnt sub names but it dosnt mean a thing if you dont know anything about the install or his tastes or amps or anything.
