i really want to blackout my taillights but i cannot find anywhere that says if its legal or not in my state of virginia...can anyone help?

its ILLEGAL to black them out, but smoked is LEGAL

and yes, cops will stop you for it.

I do the popo thing right over the VA line in MD. My suggestion to you is get the GTS covers. Most state laws are similar on this one. Just as long as you don't have them on in, "Low visibility conditions." They won't mess with you, and with the GTS ones if they do deel like bein a douche 98% of the time you'll just get told to take them off. If you have any other questions feel free 2 hit me up.
