Default reasonable price for a bullit?

Hey guys, i know of a original bullit with right around 10,000 miles on it and was thinking about making the guy an offer (car just sits in an airplane hanger and never is really driven)

Just wondering what a reasonable offer would be? this is the 2001 era bullit

Kind of sounds like he's planning on holding on to the car for a while.
