Default Passenger seat squeaking

So whenever someone sits in the front passenger seat, it tends to rub against the door panel making a squeaking noise. Does anyone else run into this problem? It only happens when someone is sitting there. The seat isn't loose when I tried to wiggle it. Could it just be bolted wrong or is this a common occurrence? Let me know guys. This noise is irritating as hell!

Crash,
I had this occur once after I had the seat out for a trip to the drag strip. I just removed it and reinstalled it and the issue went away.
GOOD LUCK getting this fixed!

When you re-install it (or install any other type of seat), what did you torque the bolts at?

Haven't done it yet. How much should I torque it down?

Torque spec is a good question. I have never torqued mine down to a set spec. Just applied a fair amount of torque with a standard rachet handle...

I just make sure I don't over tighten stuff when I bolt them back down.

mine does the same thing, its because the seat is expanded and rubbing the door, tell them to move back or forward a bit, the passenger seat is also closer to the door.
