is there any way to beat the Cali emissions? i have Long tubes, fake cats, Reichard Racing intake manifold and K&N intake.

LT's will be your biggest problem. The cats and intakes wont be a problem. You could find a shop that will pass the visual inspection for alittle extra green but if you ever get pulled over the LT's will give you away fast.

well...i am putting a turbo on it eventually. i am trying to figure out how to keep it registered here in GA

do they do a sniffer on all cars or hook it up to a computer?

Both. And you wont be able to keep GA registration. You have to have cali registration if your in cali for more than 6 months a year IIRC.

well, GA allows students and disabled vets to keep their registration in GA if they have a permanent address in GA. i will have a permanent address here.

You will have to talk to the DMV about that one. Here in Cali they want your money to drive so... good luck

actually i am going to buy an acre of land in the Mojave, get an AZ address, and "live" there so i can have AZ tags.

That's another solution! Many exotic car owners go this route because of the cheaper registration fees as well! Good call. And technically a legal loophole, unlike my solution ;-)
