Help with sputtering

I just had the Voodoo intake installed with Bama Tune. In 2nd while accelerating the car hiccups two times than gets moving. Is this due to the dealer Voodoo Magnifold Intake install or the Tune?

Auto or manual? Manual versions have the NLS "feature" that creates a bad stumble after full throttle reapplication of the throttle after upshifting. Talking to Ford was a waste of time.
