Anyone been happy with a dealer in the Charlotte NC area for service/parts? The closest one to me, Huntersville Ford, has not been impressive. They would not negotiate on price when I was shopping so I bought in SC and the 2 times I have gone to them for parts they have been unresponsive. Its been 9 days and the touchup paint they said would be there in a day has yet to arrive. They didn't even call with an update as they said they would.
