Update on the wife-mobile from the bodyshop. They got the rear bumper cover off and the sheet metal panel behind there is too damaged to just repair so it has to be cut out and replaced.
Now the estimate is up to $3900. Time for completion is 2 weeks.

Oh yeah, they gave her a rental. SHE HATES IT!
HAHA! I am having a blast busting her chops about joining the Minivan Mama Mafia.
And to top it off, it has New Jersey plates! Being from PA my family and I have always talked junk about NJ drivers being the worst.
That's what I said. I couldn't see all the damage underneath the plastic. Gives me a real understanding of just how hard he hit them. He had to have been doing at least 80 to impact her like that.
