So Friday I spent all day cleaning the car up, vacuuming the trunk, cleaning underneath the spare tire, cleaning under the hood, etc. etc. for the car show in Burlington on Saturday, and guess what happened?
See? You would think it was bad luck to clean the car all up, but then:
huh. Might be something to this whole cleaning up thing after all...
(it still pains me to see the dings though)

I think so, I had a long talk with Kristen today. Going to sell both her Jeep and My boss, take the truck over there and let it sit and by a cheap ford/ Volkswagen/ Audi diesel car that gets good gas mileage. She is going to quit her job and we'll rent our house out. Already found a potential tenant. The house is the biggest scare for us. Really going to miss her paycheck but spending time with her and Addie is much more important than money. I can't imagine going to Germany for 2 years without them so we'll make it 3 years in Germany with them.
It really sucks but I'll have the ability to save a bunch of cash as we'll have zero monthly payments besides a house and I'll have the income from Hypermotive I can set aside to save and get a building when we get back or........ you can help find a building for me when I'm gone!!! lol

Also doing the Warrant thing we'll most likely end up away from Bragg since its not based here like PSYOP is. As much as I want to do the Warrant thing I'm basically delaying the inevitable. I really want to end up back here, I'm associated and friends with a great group of guys..... regardless of how old Steve is... lol

We missed the Howard install today, we had a Sunday school class picnic. It was up in the mountains, the hosts have 60 acres surrouned by federal game lands. We went 3 miles up fire roads after we left civilization and then about a mile down a road that tested our Subie Outback. We had a blast but it took me two hours to get the car clean once we got home.

My dirty car, I pulled all the wheels and washed it top to bottom.
Can't wait to go back up that way. I found some good roads (paved) for us to run one of these days soon.
