I'm in Irmo, SC. I finally gave up and took it to my local shop before I rounded off the nut anymore lol.
Hopefully if they can get this
nut off the hard line they can use the hose without needing a whole new assembly. (that isn't my engine bay, it's a common issue apparently)
If it's a whole lot of $$ I'll just get it back and maybe give it another go.
Yeah it's for autocross. I read plenty of people saying they bypassed the line and went straight from the pump to the rack. There is a sensor, that would be bypassed too. It keeps the rpms up if your steering at slow speeds like in a parking lot. I'd sort of like to keep that.
If I need some help in the future I'll hit you guys up again. Looks like I'm getting my Mustang back tomorrow so I'm up for any meet ups.
