Thanks. I was happy. I would have been happy at 450 and it might end up there yet. Dan said 11lbs was a little too much boost for a stock block so I may end up getting a larger pulley to drop it a little. It's either that or Long tubes which aren't in the budget for 2012-13 right now.
Thanks to Steve and Alan for coming and hanging out. Alan took a bunch of pics and videos. Even the one where it finally put up some decent #'s followed by me shouting "Hell Yeah!"
Hopefully Alan gets more excited about his new gears once they have been cycled and he can get on it.

Jeff. I had a great time today. I also have the "Hell Yeah!" moment on video. The only thing better than the dyno sheet was to stand there and watch it happen.
Alan wasn't the only one getting his rear end worked on

I had my rear worked over by my new pal Bad Bad Leroy Brown.

Apparently I was the toy of the day.

Congrats guys, wish I could have joined yall. Impressive numbers!
Just curious, is a gear install that complicated that no one does it themselves, or is it the available tools? I didn't think it was that hard, buy a dial gauge and a magnetic stand, shim it up and turn it with some marking clay, check and redo?

Thanks John.
2 things noteworthy and not car related.
Dana went in for some procedures on his heart. Hopefully things went well and he is resting comfortably. Let us all keep him in our thoughts and prayers.
Secondly Steve's (the elder) father is going in tomorrow morning for some procedures. I hope evrrything goes smoothly and that it helps him to feel better
