Just an FYI i did not make it to get tickets, will be doing it this sat now. Got the letter steve, such an official looking envelope when its all typed up, made me think who the heck is black and why are they sending me a bill?

Sorry, worked late and then had things come up. On another topic, I did learn that our state has the worst cyber security in the country today.
