Would there be any intrest in driving on the Diamond back. It is a short version of Tail of the Dragon. It is above Marion NC.. I have been on it last year and it is a great road.. The last time I went on the parkway across the Viaduct. This time I want to take a different route that winds up back in marion.

Sounds like a great day, there are some great roads around Marion, Spruce Pine, etc. I may have to give my wife an extra dose of dramamine for that trip. Definitely a good day if we can combine it with some good food.
