Default Possible wheel change

This is a feeler:
I would like to know if anyone would be interested in buying my wheels and tires. I'm only doing this because I need more tire in the back. I'm looking at getting these wheels from AM that are on clearance:

http://www.americanmuscle.com/machin...8x10-0512.html

I was thinking about $900.

Putting this on hold. I'm going to try 285's first. If they don't work then I will bring this thread back to life.

You can run as wide as a 305 on the back with the GT500 wheels. I ran a 305/35/18 drag radial for a long time with no issues.

Yep... Only adjustment I made was to tire pressure. Ran about 32psi to keep them wearing evenly. Worked perfect. I still have the DRs I would sell REALLY cheap if you were interested in trying them. They still have "some" life left in them, but I wouldn't suggest anything in the rain.

I'm going to see how these Nitto 555 285/40/18's work on the back.

They haven't shipped yet, they're usually pretty quick at shipping the tires out.
