It's only for Automatics. A buddy had his PCM go bad in his 2013 and they said it was the aftermarket tune...He said prove it......They replaced it under warranty. Pretty hard to prove that loading a tune can fry the PCM.

Problem now is deciding where/which Ford dealer to take it to. If I have too.
