HWM3 have you tried the mounts that go on the outside of the car? I have been reading that they don't hold good. I am wanting to get a cam for when I get home with my car but trying to figure out which will be best. I want something with good sound on the videos also. Thanks for any help you can give me on this.

My buddy uses his at the drag strip all the time on the outside. It holds up great.

You can see me losing at the end of this video.

I'd like to set one up looking over my shoulder to include the instrument cluster but I don't know how to mount it there.

You could always stick it to the drivers side window. Other than that I guess you'd have to make a mount for it.

I have had mine on the roof, mirror, glass, spoiler, etc. and it sticks tight.

Don't worry about it being mounted outside. It will make it.

Is that the same car that beat me...Stupid no traction, stock shifter crap...LOL
