Exclamation Lexington, SC - Brake lights-Shifter Locked

Ok, I have read most of the posts on the subject of no brake light and shifter locked. I have replaced fuses 17, 35, 41. I have replaced the brake light switch. Still not fixed.....
I believe it may be a short or broken wire, one of the two that go to the brake light switch....
That said, I live in Lexington, South Carolina. Any good shops to take the car to that can be trusted to do the work correctly and at a reasonable rate?

Thanks

Nope jj I'm not feeling it...jk
Don't go to teals on us1. As far as trusting, I had some warranty work done at Jim Hudson ford without issue, but everything else I've done myself. I would lend you a hand but i'm swamped at the moment sorry.

Thanks clowe1965.... No rush on the repair. The Stang is a secondary car. So, if you can assist at a later date, let me know. If not, still looking for a trustable repair shop. Thanks again !

I might be able to tackle this one night this week. What night works best for you and where are you located? I'm over in Redbank.

Next week works, Monday evening? I'm usually home around 530. I take it the problem is intermittent since the car drives?

Yes, the car drive great. Just need to trun the key to ON< shift to Netural, start and drive with no brake ights. I have replace the brake light switch. I belive it is in the wires to the switch.
Monday should be perfect. Thanks.
