i just got photoshop and just been messing around. just tryin to get the hang of it. i put a 97 bumper on my mustang just for fun but i cant get the paint to match!! ive tried everything. wow this is harder then i thought

Mess with the HUE SATURATION BRIGHTNESS CONTRAST....try to "Colorize" it...there are many different ways. Go to the IMAGE dropdown menu at the top, and go to ADJUSTMENTS. Try a bunch of those features.
