hey not bad..i would go slowly on that wheel and put the mustang forum color around the sig..instead of that white..i think the color is 241 241 241..try that..it will look much better

It's F1F1F1 btw...and it looks alright. You can put some shadows under the cars, and if you'd like, we can paint that bumper the color of your car too. That wolud make it look nice. Also look in the tutorials for scan lines and borders.

And I would suggest adding a stroke
to the background and maybe adding some scan lines or some sort of brushe strokes.Check

I would do three things.. Fix the front tire on the cop car, match the background and get those lights going on the top of the police car and the headlights flashing..
