Help with chop

Default Help with chop

Could someone please help me. I want a flat black hood on this mustang but dont have PS. I want the black to start smaller at the front grill and follow the contour of the hood. I made the lines but cant fill them in, Thanks

what about covring that with newspaper neatly, using masking tape to hold it all together, then take it off, spray paint the paper and tape black, let it dry, stick it back on, step back and decide?
