Sweet. Looks even better. As far as Mustang Forums as compared to Mustang...idk. We have the MF logo in the bottom corner so that is obvious, and I like Mustang more...but Mustang Forums is more logical in the flow of things.
I'm going to take these back to the chapter and see what everyone thinks before I make any further decisions though. I'm pretty sure the state logo is perfect at this point to be honest. The Graphic Designer mentioned the bezzle on the letters in Carolina Regional Chapter, and how it might be too severe of a chizel effect, but that was when it was red. Now that it is silver it is much less noticable, so let's not even worry about that. I'll make sure everyone agrees with the look we have now, and I'll see what they think about the two acronym logos.

The letters are fine, don't worry about that. The pony does look even better. Chances are, even if it is an infringement, no one would ever get in trouble for it, but that doesn't mean we can just skirt the rules unfortunately.

Also, the state color of SC is indigo blue and the state colors for NC are red and blue. maybe making SC the dark blue like on the flag and NC red would be good.

i had thought about that.. until seeing that pic, i didn't see one i liked.. so if this is the direction i should go (HT or Britt) please choose a horse (is it Horsey or Horsie or ummm... nvm

yeah, i had NC as red first off.. (if you look at previous pages / pics in the thread you can see that) HT thought it clashed with the flames.. it really doesn't matter to me.. and if the state colors need to be darker, i can make them darker no problem..

I see no problem with trying the state colors. We already have the current logo so it can't hurt.
If we want to push the limits of the horse thing and then submit it to Demon to see if it slides by, then I would like to try the bottom right one.
