this is the first that i have messed around with photoshop in a while. i used it just a little last year in school, but i downloaded the 30 day trial from adobe.com i am probably getting the real thing for christmas anyways. unless someone wants to let me in on a little secret the only thing that gave me any trouble was the shadows, but other than that it went pretty smoothly, what do you think?

Not too shabby....good use of the lasso tool. Maybe mess around with the hues to make her fit in with the background a little, and try to give her a shadow. Otherwise, not bad for a "first" revived chop
