But...it seems to focus more on his name than his car....

Hey a compliment from you means a lot! thank you
No Flash -- just Adobe ImageReady. I've been learning it for about a year now. Before that I used cheaper software to do animated GIFs. At work I usually have to work with a lot of restraints though like keeping them under 20k or something in weight so it was nice to be able to do a little more with this.

I hope you don't mind me jumping in here?
Hells yea man, we'd love to have you around!

Yay! Well, I don't think I would be good at actually "chopping" (putting mods on the cars) so I don't know how helpful I could be but I'll do what I can with simple stuff like animating the cars/text. Thanks for letting me hang out here!

You can make some sigs for people on the forum.....you are pretty good at making unique ones.

I like the one you have, its clean and simple (my fav)....I'm making myself a different simpler one soon....I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

I'm not too versed with imageready.....all I know how to do is simple layer blends and lights and stuff.

Didn't know you could do stuff like he did.....I need to try it out some more.

ImageReady is pretty powerful with animation. I can attach the .psd (if you have IR and want it)? Let me know.
Hah... I just realized why I probably didn't spend a lot of time on 2003DSGT's car -- all that masking and whiteout'ing is a lot of work. I'm such a lazy @ss So the simpler sig that I have actually takes an equal amount of time if not more, although admidetly 2003DSGT's animation is kina advanced because I worked on it most of the day in between projects.

What programs do you guys use? Before I ever used Adobe stuff (*due to being po'), I had a program called Micrografx Picture Publisher (now absorbed by Corel) that was like $99 and all I could afford but it did well for me for many years.

Jon I think I'm a fan of simple, too

* I'm still po' - I only have Adobe at work

HC I love how your sig shifts and maintains position with the background elements. That's just rad!
