i use imageready too, i know how to do animations in it and how much work it takes, that's why i said i'm amazed with what you did ... must've taken alot of time and tweaking to get it right like that, i'm impressed. i used to work in an animating studio, we used USanimation and TIC TAC TOON, i miss those programs, it was fun you just get that software at home, they're huge and basically not accessible.

Hey a compliment from you means a lot! thank you
No Flash -- just Adobe ImageReady. I've been learning it for about a year now. Before that I used cheaper software to do animated GIFs. At work I usually have to work with a lot of restraints though like keeping them under 20k or something in weight so it was nice to be able to do a little more with this.

I hope you don't mind me jumping in here?
thats kinda what i did, and it seemed like they "welcomed me with open arms" or however you can say that in a non-homosexual way. all in all, theyre all a good bunch of guys, youll learn to love it in this part of the forums

when you save the image you gotta change the file type from psd to jpeg. the uploading sites universally work with jpeg and for animated images, .gif

That's what I figured... but I wanted to show Jon the layered file so that's why I sent him a link (i put it on my own webspace).
I'm on vacation now so haven't responded to everyone's comments yet but I'll try once I convince my dad to buy the wi-fi router :P
