I really don't see how she can make you give the money back, I know plenty of people that bought used cars before they were 18. The trash isn't a huge problem, just light it on fire and problem solved. Do you want a hug racin?

lol fast. dad doesnt even wanna try to keep the money. hes PO'd for various health related issues, as am i, and we are fighting with the town to put up a garage and addition and so much other crap this would be bottom of the list and we simply dont have the time. basicly it wouldnt be worth it. and the woman is trying to put the kid through college on her own. plus it would be a d!ck move to bring it to court. it can get sold again. this f'ing day just gets better and better
