Default '67 windhield washer, changing the pump bellows

How do you change the rubber bellows in the foot pump for a 67 or 68 non-power whinshield washer?

I've got a replacement bellows and a second foot pump to learn on before I replace the one on the left side of the driver's side floor.

So far, I've unscrewed the white plastic fitting for the two water hoses near the bottom of the pedal, but that doesn't make the bellows move at all.

The only other idea I've had is to pry the rubber bellows off where its attached at the base of the rubber.

All ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks

Gerry

The bellows comes off with the plastic threaded piece in it, mine was stuck to the metal 'dish' due to rust so be careful as you could tear the bellows (ok if you have a new one). I soaked my bellows with meguire's rubber conditioner to help it release w/o tearing.
Here's some pics hopefully they help, the plastic thread part tilts and pulls out of the rubber bellows once off and there's a spring in there also.
The hard part for me was finding a large (fat) rubber O'ring to seal it against the metal and plastic 'nut' that the hoses go to.
