Default How to identify which disc brakes I have?

Hello I am trying to identify which disc brake kit I have on the front of my mustang so when it comes time to change the pads and rotors I will know what I need to get.

I looked at the calliper and all it has is 2 3 digit numbers on it one on the left and right side of the calliper on the front

They also remove with allen wrench bolts like all the newer stock fords do.

How do I find out what they are if I took pictures could someone identify or will their be writing somewhere if I remove the caliper?

That plate looks similar to the scarebird setup.
