Once I find the right 71 or 72 Mach 1 for me I will be looking to put together a stout 351C engine combination and would like to base it around a 2x4 edelbrock carb and low rise intake combo. I was wondering if anyone else has done this and what thier results were.
Have any pics?
What is your head and cam combo?
How is your bottom end built?
Horse power and torque numbers?

The only dual 4 barrel intakes i can find for a 351c is a tunnel ram which is tall.

 

You are right. I misread the listing on summit and the only low rise 2x4 intake is for a 351W motor. I guess I will be back to a single carb since I really don't want a tunnel ram!

Does anyone have any good 351C engine combos with either 2 or 4V heads? I am wanting a good lopey cam. Can I go solid lifter with pedastall style rocker mounts or do I need to have the heads machines for screw in studs?

 

I found a way http://www.pricemotorsport.com/ but not sure how much those adapters rise up the intake hood clearance might be tight.
