replacing instrument bezel - how to detatch wires (don't want to break
Hi,
right in the middle of replacing the front panel instrument bezel on 66 mustang. Detached Spedo cable and got the wires detached from the "screw type" connections. But there are also like 5 or 6 other wires that I am not sure how they are attached. They go into sort of little metal posts that could look like ant hills. I'm not sure how they are connected since I cannot see connection. I figure just pull it out as maybe it was a Male/female sort of adapter; but it did not come out too easily. Did not want to pull too hard and snap a wire.
Any help on this? Thanks,
Matt

There is nothing hard wired on my 65. Just the instrument lights which pop out, the threaded post where the connector slides on and couple of others. Everything just pulled straight off expect the speedo cable.
