I replaced an old I6 front suspension and steering this summer. Took it and had the front end aligned. Drove it a week and the front end are out again. The guy at the shop is telling me he puts it on the rack and gets the numbers right, and then rolls it off and then back on and the numbers all change. Has anyone else had this problem?

 

Is everything tightened up to spec? Everything under the car good or does it have rust issues?

This is just a guess on my part but it seems something is moving around to keep throwing it out.
