I have a 1965 Mustang convertible with blue and white pony interior. I am replacing carpet and doing other interior work and I am confused on proper carpet color. Car has a June 1965 build date.
I have looked at a variety of vendors for the carpet and it seems like Auto Custom Carpets (ACC) is my likely choice. So two questions:

1) Was there a specific Ford color carpet used with my color combination?
2) What color through ACC is proper color?
3) Is there a better vendor with a closer match?

Not sure of the Pony interior, but factory, mine was/is Dk blue. I think blue is Code 22 for Deluxe and I think ACC is the closest match. Sorry, just guessing.
