Take the panel off, look in side and see how things work. The little rollers run in tracks in there. you will see them. They break all the time and they are only about $1.50 each.

no, the roller is like a wheel, they go into the runs and attach to the arms

ok identified the rollers....dosent seem to be any....which is probably a bad thing.....there is an arm with these rubber things with cotter pin type things on them though that looks like its just swinging free in the breeze....if you dont know what im talking about i can take some pictures...?

Sounds like you need to read up on how the window regulators work. Try this

yeah, well i figured it out a day or two ago...it works great now, although i can push it up and down from the outside...i dont know what causes that or how to fix it but at least i can roll it down and up on command now....
