Default Hooker Mufflers

I just bought my 70 Mach 1 and it has Hooker headers and mufflers on it. I haven't heard much of hooker and I was thinking of replacing them to flow masters. Will that make the car sound too loud since it has no cats?

Hooker is one of the leaders in performance headers and exhaust systems. Is there something wrong with your current set-up? The flowmaster mufflers come in several series, so you want to select the one right for your application. A lot of Mustangers opt for the series 40.

No there isn't anything necessarily wrong with it. I have just never used Hooker before and I know that they aren't as loud as some of the other mufflers I've used like flowmasters, spin tech, and others. I wasn't sure if this was the best set up for the mustang since I like a nice roar from the exhaust.
