Default wheelhousing?

Recieved my new wheelhouses today. wanted to double check before I go welding them on, I thought I came across a post where someone said DO NOT weld the wheelhouses into place without the quater panels in place?!? Is this correct? What do you'll recomend?

That is correct. Fit the quarters and the wheel houses at the same time. Take the quarter off and weld the wheel house, refit the quarter and weld it. If you don't fit them at the same time you will never get the quarter on right.

Ya gotta know where everything goes, otherwise you will be cutting apart your welds again. Small tack welds that are easy to break apart are the first step. Get it all lined up perfectly, it may require pullin it off a few times, then stich it on.

I would line up and tack the quarter first, then tack in the wheelhouse, since you have one piece types.
