Default Trunk Patch

I've got a 1970 mustang that has some holes in the trunk. In looking at the mustang unlimited catalog looks like it has to be replaced with 4 patch parts. Right, left trunk floors, rear trunk cross member and rear seat to fuel tank panel. Does any one make a one piece panel for trunk? I've got holes all around the tank.

Also, I got a quote from a local body shop (ford dealer). they quoted me $1000 to do the trunk and full floor pans on each side, if I provide the parts - seems like a pretty good deal?

Obviously, it would be better and much cheaper to cut out the old rusty metal with a plasma cutter, then weld in new sheet metal yourself. But, if you don't have those skills or equipment then you will have to hire someone to do it. The 1K quote isn't bad.
