PURDY! Where did you get that humphugger console? And what stereo do you have stuffed in the glove box?

The radio is a Kenwood KDC-MP4028. (Nothing to fancy) I installed a relay in the am radio so the power of the new radio is controlled by the AM radio **** (Pic 1). For installation I made a steel bracket that ties into the existing fastener holes in the lip of the glove box flange (Where the carboard attaches in the lower front). The bracket attaches to the heater near the firwall for Aft support. I then attached an under dash unviversal housing upsidedown to that bracket (Pic 2). Then the radio just slides into place. (Pic 3) What i really wanted was to control the volume with the am radio but the wiring was getting out of hand and expensive. So I down graded the idea to just control the on and off.

That looks awesome-exactly what I'm going for too. Unfortunately it seems like there are a lot more items offered in white for the 65-66s than my 67 so it looks like I'm just going to go with parchment. I saved those pics though and I'm going to basically just use it as a model for my interior. Thanks a lot and cool idea with the stereo by the way.
