broken lugs?

See, Thats what i thought about doing. I tried to beat out those stupid lugs with a sledge hammer, but they didn't budge, The noise just gave me a big headache.

im calling a local tire shop to ask if they can do it.

I'll bet they will do it my way. We always did them that way when I was turning wrenches. I can't believe someone could not get the studs out with a sledge hammer. 4 or 5 taps with a big ballpeen is all it usually takes.

I can see a large lip keeping the studs from being beat out..... Im going to drive the car over there. It's nine miles, and im going to take it nice and slow. Wish me luck.

Wait, your going to drive 9 miles with only one or two lugs holding the wheel on??? am I hearing you right? please tell me im not because thats just crazy... poor car
