i need a LH door window for a 68 convertible. on ebay a guy had a 67 LH door window for a coup and he said it wouln'nt fit a convertible.( i'm told 67 & 68 parts are interchangeable) after this item expired another person had a pair of the same windows which he said would fit a coup or a convertible plus also a cougar, but he had a disclimer at the end of his ad that said to make sure it fit your application, no refunds. who is right? thankyou very much

 

I'm not sure if conv. and coupe are the same but you can look in a catalog or call a mustang shop to see if the part numbers are the same.

 

I have looked in all my catalogs, and found nothing that indicates whether the windows will interchange. If you find out they will, I do have a HT left side window available that seems to be in pretty nice shape. I'll keep looking too. Randy

 

i have a mustang restoration guide and it has a half page diagram for 67-68 mustang door window, window regulatoor, vent wing and related hardware.it has only one code number (52052-s1391410) for glass.it doesn'nt even have a code for a fastback let alone for a convertible. the glass that i have in my RH door has a rounded back corner but someone told me that a rounded corner was for a fastback.is it possible that i have the wrong glass in my passenger door? i'm confused.

 

The rounded corner is definitely for a Fastback. You might send an e-mail to LProud1622@aol.com and put it to the attaention of "Del". Ask him if he has the right window for what you you have. I have bought several windows from him. The name of the company is Del-Pro. If you want to call the nuber is 360-892-1177...just tell him Ron said to call or write.
