Default Removing splash shields???

Can someone tell me how to remove the fender splash shields. I am hoping these can be removed without taking off the wheels or fender. Thanks for the help.

Just got my new Mustang letter emblems. They look so much nicer not being dull and pitted.

Hey Matt, are you still trying to get those splash shields off? Take off a front wheel and peek under there. Do you see some 3/8" head screws holding it on? You might have some tar and stuff covering them, so dig around until you find them. If not, then I guess it's fender taking off time. I distinctly remember not having to take off the fender on my 65 when I replaced mine.

I took the ones off on my 68 without having to take the fender off.

Well, have not had a chance to get to them yet this week. Was out of town on business for a couple of days. Getting ready for another weekend of "Mustang: Trial and Error"

Thanks
