why ask why? it doesnt really matter
will it make more power? no
will it cost more? yeah if you dont have a clue.
any muffler shop or you can do this if you can weld. just need to get the right parts.
theres many reasons to run side pipes just like theres many reasons to have 17 inch wheels or nice carpet.

if you dont run mufflers then it will be even easier.

mine does!

H-Pipe apparently sounds better...but an X-Pipe is apparently better performance and flow.

i'm personally going to use them because they fit the side skirts that are in the body kit, i'm gettin. and they just look bad ***! plus i love watching the dumba$$es at the dmv try to figure these types of things out!! Makes my day!

another reason im facing right now. The rear brake lines on the 65-66's. I dont need to explain anymore do I?
Ford has a different bracket for the hard line to axle line fitting that relocates the soft line the connects the two making dual pipes fit better.
