Bent stone deflector???

Bent stone deflector???
I got my stone deflector yesterday in the mail and I wasnt sure if it was bent or not. Since they are at an angled shaped, right where the point is, it is bent in alittle. I asked the vendor and they said something about the stamping? Anyone know if its supposed to be dipped down, or completly smooth?
