1969 351w distributor

Default 1969 351w distributor

I just bought a 351w engine form a friend of mine and I'm trying to figure it out what kind of distributor it uses when I'm at the shop they ask me 1 or 2 vaccums or points, something like that!!

uh...well if your getting a new distributor, id get one without points and just the Pertronix Ignitor thing.....

well, the stock one uses single points with the vacumn advance, i think...i mean,looking at mine thats my guess but i dunno too much technical stff about the dizzy system,lol

back in the day high performace had duel points, just pop the cap off and they will be mounted of the bottom plate. if you have the duels them would be one on each side
