Default barn finds

This is my first post here. Hope this is in the right spot. I just want to let yoiu know I'm not trying to make any money on this stuff I just want to help the hobby out a little, so here goes.
I found some 65 and 66 Mustangs at a yard sale today and thought I would post some info incase anyone wants me to talk to the owner for you. All 3 are pretty rust free cars most of them have the interiors but are in pretty bad shape. I’ll email any photos I took to any interested parties. I could possibly get more specific pics later. These all have to be gone by May 1st. We live in the desert in Southern Ca so when I say rust free I mean there may be some surface rust but the floors and cowls and Torque boxes are all there. I will look at any specific areas any one needs info if you are serious about these cars. He would rather a Mustanger get them than someone looking to cash them in on Ebay, but who could tell. The first one is a 66 coupe. No engine or tranny. 6r076(T)96784. The T looked like a 1 but it has to be a T right. The fenders are not original to the car. I can’t get to the door tag right now has all the glass and trim and a jumble of parts on the inside. I couldn’t see in the trunk. Asking 400.00 no title for it but I’m sure it’s not hot. How do I know. Well the guy has a ton of money since he sold his place for 1.2 mill and a but load of other cars at his new place that are not for sale. So why have a hot car to ruin all this
The second one is a 65. 5fo7t746882 with the eng and tranny. The exhaust is a dual exhaust 6 cyl. Never seen anything like it, I have a picture of the exhaust. The casting number is on the log and visible door tag is 65c 8 39 03t 24 2 6. has some funny billet tail light panel and a Shelby gas cap. Lots of stuff inside the car and I couldn’t see in the trunk. Asking 450.00
Third one is titled with a non op has Shelby tail lights and a gt350 gas cap in a fiberglass panel the engine bay panel with the vin has been replaced and there is no door tag. He didn’t have the time to give me the vin yet from the title The driver side door and QP are dented slightly. He has two great doors for it but not sure if they are included in the price of 700.00.
He’s running a yard sale and moving so he’s busy. Has a bunch of heads, a 302 and a 289 block ( from 65 galaxy) with the crank and pistons. Man he has so much stuff. He has a running 460 and a 390 that may be sold. 8 to 6 trannies. A fmx a couple of c-6’s and a couple of c-4’s that may be sold but we will see tomorrow. A t-5 also. A set of stock 460 exhaust manifolds and some huge 4bbl intake I have pics of. I got a set of small block exhaust form him. So anybody want any of this stuff respond quick people are flocking to him. I volunteered to be the go between just to help him out and get some fresher un ebay priced parts out there. Email me for the pics. Jim. Rstbkt69
P.S he has a running carbed 84 t-top gt for 1100.00 and another 84 with a good interior without and eng and tranny for 500.00 if anyone is intrested

No prices on the trannies yet. Some guy said he wanted all of them and left to go get the money, but that was 5 hours ago and the guy wants to hold them till tomorrow to be cool on the handshake he got from the prospective buyer. I'll check tomorrow and see if they are still up for grabs and let you know what he wants. JimP

I didn't think of looking for a console but I'm not sure he wants to part them out. he doesn't have the time for it because of the move. I'll look and ask though. I'll try to get a post on tomorrow about the availability of a console

an I6 is so much work to do anything with... Unless of course you're happy with a 6 I keep coming up with more to upgrade on mine

all the pics are 400kb in size. I don't know how to resize them and I would need about 20 posts to get them all in. Jim
