Default 1972 Standard to Deluxe Door Panels

Wondering if anyone knows what's involved with swapping out the standard door panels? My main concern is the door handle which looks to be in a different position. I know I can get the deluxe door handle but I don't see any mechanism for sale that would apply to the different location. I hate these standard panels but I don't want to start buying stuff only to run into something I can't get parts for.

The interior handle and accompanying latch are the only differences. The interior door parts etc... are all the same. Good luck, Dean
