recently ive ordered 2 things from summit that turned out to be total garbage. first was the summit break line flare tool. it broke half way through doing the lines. second was pushrods. they can and were all rusted. i know i could have gotten away with just taking some steel wool to them but who wants to do an engine rebuild and spend 60$ on pushrods that are rusted.

 

Sounds like you need to vent your complaints to Summit.

 

Most cheap flaring tools do break, and why are you buying summit brand push rods?

 

they were comp cam push rod and trust me they know of my complaints

So have i, they sure do know how to ship things quickly. Plus, summit is only a 45 min trip from me.[8D]

 

yeah, they just put a store in Mcdonaugh. Im taking a ride down there one time.

 

3 weeks ago I ordered some parts from Summit including a Mallory distributer. Instead of the distributer, they sent a girdle for a 350 or something like that. I didnt even know what a girdle was (as it pertains to autos).

 

I have gotten credits for even mistakes I have made. They should make it right.

 

I've had real good luck with them. I haven't had a bad order yet from them or from Jeg's.
