I have a 67 S code fastback. the body is fixable,but very rough,what is a fair price to ask?

We would need way more detail than that to help you figure out value. Motor, trans rear, interior, modifications HP, stripped & sanded, primer etc. E-bay can help you figure out how much certain cars sell for on a regular basis.
