Default 67 Floorboards

I recently acquired a 67 Mustang convertible which has some minor body damage (mainly a few rust spots), but the floorboard on the driver's side is rusted through. I've also acquired a replacement floorboard. However, I'm not sure what all I need to do to to pull it out. Some instruction would be appreciated.

get a spotweld cutter, a good air powered disk cutter, and if youve got enough money a plasma cutter, then just start cuttin little chunks out, cut most of it out with the disk cutter and then use the spotweld cutter to get the welds loose
