yeah, that sounds about right. if you wanna seal it forever, you could always use some screen and JB weld. i sealed 4 holes in a radiator and a HUGE hold in the floor board of my ol' 83 s10 blazer with that stuff!

Seriously though, as I mentioned, you can get firewall insulation that will take care of the leaks from the engine bay to the passenger compartment. Most mustang vendors sell them. Here is what they look like.

 

I checked the firewall and under the dash and found nothing wrong, no holes, no nothing...BUT LOL you guys are telling me that the top heater **** is suppost to go all the way to the right? cause ive had it all the way to the left the whole time...and the rest of the three have to go down right?

 

Bingo, there is your problem. All three ***** should be straight up, and the top blower switch should be all the way to the left. You haven't had the blower on, but you did have the heat and defrost on.

lol, Yeah, The ***** should go down. THe left one is the heat ****. It cuts on or off the coolent going into the heater core. THe middle one is the temp. It just controls the air temp. The right one is the defrost ****. MY heat cable is broke, so I always have alittle heat, but as long as the temp **** is up, it's not too bad.
