i'm trying to figure out if my 66 is out of whack. There is some bondo filling a dent arround where the fuel filler neck is, and the filler neck used to go into the tack a little ****-eyed. If I was to take a stright edge from tail light to tail light, would the panel be flush across or bow in a little and how much. thanks!

I think the panel would be rather straight not bowed.

 

mine is pretty straight, and the filler neck is flush.
